The main purpose of this app is to enable the users to notify their government about any issues from a given set of options. Currently the app have the following options/complaints-type/issues:
1. Over Pricing: The user can file a complaint, if he find someone selling with over pricing.
2. Hoarding: If a user suspect someone of hoarding some food/other items, to create a temporary shortage of that item in the market. It can also be reported to the concern authorities.
3. Garbage: Garbage & wastage dumb on the road side, in public area or parks is also a sever issue. So user can report any misplaced garbage/wastage to keep the area clean.
4. Encroachment: Any illegal encroachment on road sides or market can also be reported.
In short, the main purpose of this app is to notify the govt authorities about any of the above issue.
